Mainly including LNG storage tanks, pressure regulating gasifiers, LNG cryogenic pumps, gas dispensers, and LNG onboard systems. At present, the maximum capacity of a single LNG tanker is nearly 60m3, with a design pressure of 0.8MPa and an operating pressure of 0.3MPa. The LNG storage tank consists of an inner shell and adopts vacuum powder insulation technology. The pressure regulating gasifier is an air temperature gasifier
Technical performance: ◆ Exhaust capacity: 12000-2400Nm3/d
◆ Gas filled vehicles: 50-100 vehicles/day (taking buses as an example)
◆ Gas filling time: 5-10 minutes per vehicle
Output pressure: 1.2MPa
◆ Gas filling measurement accuracy: ± 1.0%
◆ Safety facilities: fire protection, lightning protection, and dispersal
Control mode: Central monitoring type
Main features:
① Flexible and adaptable, occupying less space. Not relying on natural gas pipelines, only LNG tank trucks are needed to transport LNG as a gas source. All process equipment in the station is installed on a sled, with a relatively small overall size (length x width x height of 12m x 2.5m x 3.31m); the control system is installed in a modified standard container (length x width x height of 6m x 2.5m x 3m); the total weight of the refueling station before LNG filling is only 22t, which is very suitable for transportation by car. The location of gas stations can be changed at any time according to market demand, which is particularly suitable in cities.
② Safe, environmentally friendly, and low energy consumption. LNG has undergone purification treatment, eliminating the need for power consuming devices such as compression, cooling, dehydration, and desulfurization. The entire production process eliminates the need for natural gas purification equipment and air compressors, greatly reducing supporting facilities. This not only saves equipment costs but also shortens the construction period.
③ High degree of automation and easy operation. Equipped with an automatic control system, the processes of data acquisition, combustible gas monitoring, overpressure pump shutdown, and low-pressure pump start-up are all automatically completed, making it simple and easy to operate.
